This policy explains how Zensei products and services, operated by Devpunya, are delivered to you.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Zensei offers digital products and services only — astrological readings, reports, and app access. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so no shipping charges apply to any purchase.

2. Delivery Timeline

Digital content is delivered electronically, typically immediately after successful payment:

• Readings and reports are available in the app or sent to your registered email, usually within minutes of purchase.
• Subscription access is activated immediately upon successful payment.

In rare cases of high load or technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3. Non-Delivery

If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, check your spam folder and confirm the email address on your account, then contact support@devpunya.com with your transaction details. We will redeliver the content or, where redelivery is not possible, issue a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
