These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zensei website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Devpunya ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Zensei provides astrology-based content, including birth-chart readings, daily guidance, and related reports, presented in plain English and drawing on Vedic astrological traditions. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Information

To generate readings, the Service may ask for details such as your date, time, and place of birth. You agree to provide accurate information. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase. Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated means without permission, copying or redistributing its content commercially, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including text, reports, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Devpunya and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

Zensei's content is for guidance, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devpunya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
